An Honest Disclaimer:
I reclaim and recycle a wide variety of antiques to become beautiful candles for you to enjoy in your space. In some cases, the antiques can surprise us - they can either be wonderful candles or not burn the way we expected.
Brass or copper candles may leak from the bottom if they are burned for too long and get hot. If you are concerned, please burn your candle on a safe surface. Metals also conduct heat so when you touch them during or right after burning they may be extremely hot. This also goes for marble & stone candles.
Glass candles can shatter if they get too hot. If you have a glass candle please watch it to ensure the wicks do not get too close to the glass. Please trim your wicks to ensure this will not happen.
Wood candles can light on fire if the wicks get too close to the sides of the antique or if you burn it all the way down and do not keep an eye on it.
At the end of the day candles are candles. Please be aware of where you are burning them, around flammable items or children.
